Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! However, due to the nature of freeze-dried food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:  

  • The item was damaged during shipping  

  • You received the wrong product  

  • The product is expired or defective 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:  

  • Opened or partially consumed products  

  • Items returned after 2 day of delivery  

  • Change of mind 

 

2. Refund Process 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:  

  1. Email us at CrispyPlusSweets@outlook.com within 1 day of receiving your order.  

  1. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.  

  1. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details.  

  1. If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement. 

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. 

 

3. Order Cancellations 

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.  

  • If an order is canceled within 1 hour, you will receive a *full refund. 

 

4. Shipping Costs 

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we will cover return shipping costs.  

  • If returning due to personal preference, you are responsible for return shipping. 

 

5. Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products. However, if your order was incorrect or defective, we will send a replacement.  

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
